POST  /v3/shipments/selfShip/deliveryAttempt

**Description** - Self Ship API to mark an attempted delivery. The next delivery date must be mentioned.

    **Validations** ::

        shipmentId: should be valid return id for this seller
        Maximum 100 shipments per request.
